Web/Graphic Designer

Job Description

The Energy Impact Center is seeking a Web/Graphic Designer to masterfully design web content for Titans of Nuclear podcast and Energy Impact Center at large. The right candidate should have exceptional experience in editing and managing creative content, and the desire to shape and guide the brand from the ground up. This is a high-energy, collaborative and deadline driven environment with creative podcast professionals.​ You’ll work with the Director of Communications to plan and strategize content and editorial approach.

 

Position will be 20-40 hrs a week and can be remote or in Washington, D.C.

THE JOB:

  • Graphics for print or website

  • UX/UI development

  • Website Branding

  • Motion Graphics, Logo, or Iconography

  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Expertise in Adobe Suite including relevant plug-ins, Wix,  Apple OS and related software   

  • Efficiency and grace under tight deadlines

  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and a track record        of turning around audio on a tight deadline

  • Comfort with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility

  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with remote social media, marketing      and sales teams

  • An independent and proactive approach to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of Graphic Design, Website Design, and/or Motion Graphics
